 Background: Growing up in Butler County, it was tradition each fall to travel to the Hancock County Fair, attend the horse pulls all while enjoying as much fair food as possible. It was an entire family affair as we would spend time with my grandparents and cousins. I genuinely credit the Hancock County fair, my personal upbringing, and my involvement in 4H as an integral part in shaping my passion for agriculture.

After graduating from West Virginia University in 2013, I moved back to Ohio and worked briefly for Hord Livestock before kicking off my career as an organization director with the Ohio Farm Bureau. The past seven years with OFBF honed my skills in event planning and implementation, organizational excellence, and office/board management. I am excited to put those skills to the test to serve our great community as the new Fair and Events Manager.

 Goals & Objectives: In my first year in the Fair and Events Manager role: I aim to help the board execute the new strategic plan, increase rental income and potential, develop community connections and partnerships while also helping develop and train new staff.
